Abstract: Inthecontextoftourismindustrybecomingincreasinglydependentuponnetworkcommunication,therewastoomuchnegativepublicopinionsontheinternetatthebeginningof2017,whichconductedbadinfluenceonthecredibilityandreputationinLijiang(aninternationaltourismcity).Inordertominimizenegativeimpactontheinternetandrestoretheconfidenceofvisitors,itisnecessarytostrengthensupervisionandmanagementoftourismmarketandimprovespokesmanshipinstitutionandpublicopinionprewarningsystem.Inthefaceofthenegativeissue,thegovernmentshouldkeepincontactwiththemediaandthepublicimmediately,appealingnetizenstostaycalmandreason.Theactivecommunicationbetweengovernmentandmedia,theenhancementofsocialmanagementandthesetupofservicorientedgovernmentareconducivetostrengthenthepersonalcultivationandcivilizethemass.
